What you do:
As a Director, People & Culture Business Partner, the incumbent is responsible for collaborating with senior leaders to drive workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness and talent engagement strategies with an emphasis on providing support to leaders to build, lead and develop a high performing team. The Director, People & Culture Business Partner partners with the business on core people strategies and solutions as well as critical people topics such as; engagement strategies, leadership/career development initiatives, performance management, compensation strategies and solutions, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, AI adoption, and talent attraction and retention strategies. Additionally, the Director, People & Culture Business Partner creates and executes the overall HR strategy for the business units they support ensuring a high-performing and highly engaged culture. You will report to the VP, People & Culture.
- Execute long-range growth planning that impacts the engagement, performance, leadership development and retention of our workforce; Collaborates with leaders to understand and anticipate hiring and development needs against the capabilities needed to deliver business objectives and support overall business goals; strongly collaborates with the People & Culture Centers of Excellence and senior business leaders to build and execute, effective, and scalable people programs and processes which support the business. Responsible for executing the long-term vision for key talent initiatives that consistently improve effectiveness and help the business achieve its goals
- Strategic partner to business leaders providing input and guidance on core people strategies, solutions and critical people topics; drive future organizational design and change management initiatives to help maintain a high-performing, motivated, and impactful team; helps drive organizational culture across leadership teams; proactively identifies opportunities for business leaders to improve team performance; leverages artificial intelligence (AI), data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations to the business
- Serve as a key resource for employees through sensing, listening, providing mentorship and directing inquiries to the appropriate HR Centers of Excellence; build organizational capability through the development and/or execution of team effectiveness, goal development and alignment, leader and manager capability, employee engagement and foundational HR excellence
- Work on assigned People & Culture and business facing projects that support client groups and/or overall People & Culture priorities; manages small, medium and large projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and proficiency; communicates to varying levels across the organization with an ability to tailor presentation style to the audience; effectively communicates complex information in easy to understand methods; navigates complex and challenging situations with poise and resiliency
What you bring:
- 8+ years of experience required: Business-facing HR experience; Thrives in change, is flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced organization and can demonstrate strong executive communication and presentation skills to communicate across all levels of the organization; Effectively leverages artificial intelligence (AI), well-developed industry knowledge, market insight and proven innovative thinking; demonstrable experience developing partnerships with business leaders, particularly in helping them manage significant organizational change during periods of realignment and growth; experience working in a highly matrixed local and global organization
- Four-year degree required: Or with equivalent work experience
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
Job posting range: $120,000 - $180.500
Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
