What you do:

  • Build and Scale a forward-thinking Quality Program that drives not just compliance, but true competitive advantage through insight, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and execute a quality strategy that puts the customer at the center – ensuring that every claim, policy, interaction and service meets the highest standards of accuracy, empathy and reliability.
  • Create modern, dynamic quality frameworks – moving beyond scorecards to deliver real-time insights, proactive risk detection, and actionable feedback that fuels smarter business decisions.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by connecting quality insights directly to business outcomes, customer satisfaction, brand reputation and growth strategies.
  • Lead, inspire, and grow a high-impact team of quality professionals, setting a vision for excellence, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with leaders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Claims, Customer Service, Sales and Technology to embed quality into every process, touchpoint and customer journey.
  • Turn data into action by driving end-to-end root cause analysis, eliminating friction points and enabling teams to proactively solve customer pain points before they escalate.
  • Serve as a leadership voice for quality presenting key trends, insights, risks, and opportunities to all levels of leadership
  • Modernize how quality measured, reported and acted upon, leveraging digital tools, automation, AI and customer sentiment analysis where appropriate.
  • Drive continuous improvement challenging the status quo to find better, faster and more customer-centric ways to deliver service excellence.
  • Elevate the company’s brand and reputation by ensuring that every customer experience reflects the organization’s promise to deliver on our promises.
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

What you bring:

  • 6 or more years' experience required: Strong analytical skills; experience in process documentation and measurement; MS Excel and Powerpoint proficiency; knowledge of basic project management practices.
  • Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Job posting range:  $117,000 - $176,000

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role.
