What you do:
As part of marketing leadership, lead the development and execution of the ETF marketing strategy across channels, and integrated with other lines of business where appropriate. Drive alignment and awareness with AIM business partners, distribution teams, and other marketing & strategy leaders to ensure all marketing programs are properly positioned to meet/exceed strategic goals. Lead and develop distribution marketing team members in all aspects of their position. Act as primary liaison with critical business partners to ensure aggressive marketing strategies are in alignment with all applicable standards/regulations. Direct the activity of several support teams responsible for developing, delivering, approving and distributing marketing content and communications. Coordination and management of department workload/budget while adhering to project delivery goals and expense management strategies. Ensure marketing OKRs are relevant, accurate and met in a timely manner. Maintain a firm understanding of the ETF marketplace/ecosystem, with a strategic overlay that accounts for both our own distribution structure/approach, and unique product set and value proposition. You will report to the VP, Marketing.

- Lead and develop distribution marketing team members in all aspects of their position
- Drive alignment and awareness with business partners, distribution teams, and other marketing & strategy leaders to ensure marketing programs are properly positioned to meet/exceed goals
- Direct the activity of support teams responsible for developing, delivering, approving and distributing marketing content and communications
- Coordination and management of team workload/budget while adhering to project delivery goals and expense management strategies.
- Ensure marketing OKRs are relevant, accurate and met in a timely manner.
- Maintain a firm understanding of the ETF marketplace/ecosystem, with a strategic overlay that accounts for both our own distribution approach, and unique product set and value proposition
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
What you bring:
- 8+ years of experience required in financial services and/or investment management industry, with a minimum of 6 years in marketing in or adjacent to the ETF/mutual funds marketplace
- 2+ years of people leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience in digital marketing and media planning strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Series 7 preferred
- CFP, CIMA, CFA or other industry designations preferred
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
Range $115,000 - $230,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
