This position will be on-site in our exciting New York office located downtown near Wall Street.
The Impact You Will Have
Reporting to the Chief of Staff you will play vital role in fostering a productive, engaging, and secure workplace at Allianz Commercial.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Play an essential role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment at Allianz Commercial. By delivering concierge-level hospitality services, this position ensures memorable first impressions for guests and employees, while managing visitor and security protocols.

This role builds a strong office community by leading hospitality programs, overseeing amenities and maintaining the office café. It ensures seamless execution of corporate meetings and events in collaborating with Marketing, handling all logistics from catering to A/V support.

As the on-premises lead for facilities service providers, the Office Manager coordinates and proactively addresses workplace challenges, ensuring effective solutions.

Additionally, the role manages, mail, packages, office supplies and provides administrative support to leadership, while overseeing workplace safety and security protocols.
What you will bring to the role

Minimum 3 to 5 years in front desk reception and concierge-level hospitality services

Minimum 1 to 3 years in facilities management
-
Minimum 3 to 5 years in AVC setup and event management/coordination

Proficiency in AVC setup and troubleshooting

The annualized base pay range for this role is $63,600 - $95,000. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
