We are looking for a Claims Associate (m/f/d), based in O’Fallon.
The Impact You Will Have
The Claims Associate will provide technical claims clerical and assistant support to claims examiners and management personnel.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
• Set-up new claims.
• Obtain and review coverage information.
• Negotiate claim settlement.
• Secures reinsurance information.
• Prepare and send claims correspondence.
• Process payment of vendors' bills & legal bill review transactions.
• Maintain and prepare various management information logs and reports.
• Performs photocopying, file maintenance, faxing, imaging, and similar clerical tasks.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working within a Team in an office environment
• Data entry / Computer skills
• General Business and Office Equipment experience
• Business Writing
• A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential application in business is essential.
• Strong communications and telephone skills
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
The annual base salary range base pay range for this role is $47,763 - $72,205. The annualized represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AGCS total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
