Intern Investment Team Analyst - Infrastructure Private Debt (f/m/d)

Join us now as an Analyst Intern based in Paris within the Infrastructure Private Debt Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on infrastructure private debt investments, supporting the origination, execution, and monitoring of transactions across a diverse range of infrastructure sectors.
About the Job
This role is based in Paris. This will be a 6-month placement and the start date will be January 2027.
What you do
- Participate in the origination, structuring and execution of new transactions
- Perform due diligence and credit analysis
- Analyse and navigate through complex project finance financial models
- Perform internal rating analysis
- Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda for submission to the Investment Committee
- Assist in the closing processes, including KYC checks and discussions with other internal stakeholders
- Assist in the monitoring of closed transactions
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external marketing materials.
What you bring
- Convention de stage mandatory
- Penultimate or final year student at a top-tier university, business school or engineering school
- First experience in investment banking, project finance, DCM, or infrastructure financing/investment is a plus
- Strong understanding of corporate finance fundamentals, including cash-flow analysis
- Experience in financial modelling
- Excellent written and verbal command of English and French; fluency in another European language is a bonus
- Strong analytical approach
- Strong communication, planning and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Intellectual curiosity and determination to learn
- Unquestionable commitment to integrity and ethical decision making
- Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
