AZ Consulting France, part of Allianz Technology, supports business and technology leaders through consulting services in transformation, operations, IT strategy, and program delivery.

We are looking for a Business Enablement Officer to support our rapidly growing team (50+ consultants), help structure our internal operations, and contribute to the success of our consulting engagements in France and across Allianz Group.

 

 

About the Job:
As Business Enablement Officer, you will contribute to the smooth daily operation of the French Consulting Hub and provide coordination support to our consultants, leadership team, and other stakeholders.
Your role combines team assistance, administrative management for Allianz Consulting France, and enablement coordination with our teams in Munich.

You will be a key point of contact, ensuring quality, efficiency, and reliability in internal processes and internal workstreams.

 

What You Do:

 

  • Support business operations by coordinating activities and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination on various topics, including: Finance and Contract management, Recruitment and Staffing.
  • Assist in process management by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to streamline operations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making and team activities tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in French and English (working languages for the team).
  • License or Bachelor level in Business Administration, AES (Economic and Social Administration), Management, or HR.
  • Experience as team assistant, project coordinator, or administrative coordinator appreciated.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
