Join us now as Procurement Excellence & Operations Specialist in Hong Kong within the Procurement Excellence & Operations team.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and harmonizing procurement governance and operational frameworks across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Your focus will be on designing and implementing cohesive policies, procedures, and controls that ensure compliance, efficiency, and scalability.

 

You will drive the development of a global operating model, oversee service provider performance, and optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including system integration and automation. In this role, you act as an interface between Procurement, Technology, Third-Party Risk, and Finance, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

 

 

What you will do 

 

  • Governance & Policy Framework: Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and control frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and operational consistency across regions. Lead governance initiatives and support audits and internal reviews.
  • Operating Model & Provider Oversight: Design and implement a scalable procurement operating model. Establish and manage oversight mechanisms for service providers, including SLA monitoring, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process Excellence: Harmonize and enhance S2C and P2P processes globally. Drive system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and workflow automation across platforms. Evaluate and embed emerging technologies (AI, RPA, etc.) to improve efficiency and transparency. Ensure procurement processes align with internal policies and external regulations. Collaborate with Third-Party Risk and Compliance teams to embed risk controls and reporting mechanisms into the procurement lifecycle.
  • Project & Change Management: Lead and support global projects focused on process transformation and system enhancements. Facilitate training, change management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new practices.

 

 

What you bring  

 

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within procurement, vendor management, operational excellence.
  • Preferably experience with process and policy design, control mechanism implementation and global roll-outs across the procurement value chain.
  • Proficiency with procurement systems along the value chain
  • Experience with business process improvement methodologies
  • Self-starter, solution orientated with a high level of autonomy and proactivity
  • Comfortable navigating in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
  • Analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability
  • AI skills: CoPilot
