หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ตำแหน่งนี้เป็นงานประจำในสำนักงาน (Office-Based Role)
- ให้คำปรึกษาและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาด้านเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรถยนต์และเหตุขัดข้องต่าง ๆ ร่วมกับทีมช่างและเจ้าหน้าที่รถยกที่ให้บริการนอกสถานที่ โดยปฏิบัติงานประจำที่สำนักงานใหญ่
- ใช้ความรู้ด้านเทคนิคยานยนต์ในการให้คำปรึกษา วิเคราะห์ และประสานงานการให้บริการ
- ไม่ใช่งานช่างซ่อมรถภาคสนาม
- บริหารและดูแลทีมพนักงานรถสไลด์ รถยก และช่างเทคนิคภาคสนาม ให้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานการให้บริการที่กำหนด
- ติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของทีม เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการ
- ประสานงานกับทีมบริการลูกค้า ลูกค้า อู่ซ่อมรถ ศูนย์บริการ และคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและอำนวยความสะดวกในการให้บริการ
- ทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้า คู่ค้าทางธุรกิจ ทีมบริการลูกค้า ทีมปฏิบัติการ และพนักงานช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉินภาคสนาม
- รับมือและบริหารจัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า รวมถึงกรณีเร่งด่วนที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการ
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาและเหตุขัดข้อง พร้อมเสนอแนวทางป้องกันและปรับปรุงกระบวนการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ดูแลความสัมพันธ์และติดตามประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการของเครือข่ายผู้ให้บริการภายนอก
เวลาทำงานและสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน
- เวลาทำงาน: 15:00 - 24:00 น.
- สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: อาคาร CityLink Tower ซอยเพชรบุรี 35 แขวงมักกะสัน กรุงเทพฯ
- วันหยุดประจำ: ทุกวันอังคารและวันพุธ
- ปฏิบัติงานในวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ตามตารางงาน และสามารถเลือกวันหยุดชดเชยภายในเดือนเดียวกันได้
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- จบการศึกษาด้านช่างยนต์ เทคโนโลยียานยนต์ หรือสาขาวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านเทคนิคยานยนต์จากศูนย์บริการ อู่ซ่อมรถ รถยก รถสไลด์ งานช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉินบนท้องถนน (Roadside Assistance) ประกันภัยรถยนต์ หรือธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ด้านเทคนิคยานยนต์ และสามารถวิเคราะห์อาการเสียหรือให้คำแนะนำเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการซ่อมแซมรถยนต์ได้
- มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา การบริหารจัดการข้อร้องเรียน และการประสานงานกับหลายฝ่าย
- สามารถจัดทำรายงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และนำเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมงาน หัวหน้างาน หรือดูแลพนักงานภาคปฏิบัติการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้เกี่ยวกับรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
