Client & Sales Support Associate, Travel Insurance (Hybrid)

Make travel smoother for everyone. As the central support hub for our Travel Insurance business, you’ll coordinate with Travel Consultants and partners, handle customer enquiries by phone and email, keep sales materials and reports up to date, and execute daily service processes to agreed standards. If you’re organized, service‑minded, and great at connecting people and information, this role puts you at the heart of delivering a high‑quality customer experience with Allianz Partners.
What you’ll do
- Handle client and customer interactions professionally via phone and email
- Build strong product knowledge to service travel insurance clients accurately and courteously
- Coordinate with Travel Consultants to fulfil travel partner requirements and internal requests
- Keep sales materials current, organized, and ready to use at all times
- Use designated tools to perform travel insurance reservations and policy issuance
- Prepare sales and travel insurance reports
- Assist with marketing activities, client trainings, and seminars
- Provide policy and claims information to internal/external customers
Key working relationships
- Build strong working relationships with Travel Consultants, internal teams, and fronting insurance companies
- Be presentable and comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrate dedication, trustworthiness, and persistence in promoting company services
Working conditions
- Hours: 08:30–17:30; 40 hours per week
- Days: Monday–Friday (5 days/week)
- Location: Allianz Partners Thailand Head Office
- Hybrid: 3 days in office per week after probation, subject to business needs
Qualifications
- Fluent Thai and Good English communication skills; TOEIC 600+, if available
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with insurance products and/or travel insurance is an advantage
- 1 year of customer service/support, administration or sale support experience, is an advantage
- Excellent customer support and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem‑solving skills and disciplined task management
