Job Summary
Be the first point of contact for our Auto Warranty customers, managing inbound and outbound inquiries via calls and emails with professionalism. You’ll assist customers by addressing their questions, providing information, and coordinating with service centers both in-network and out-of-network to ensure a seamless and exceptional service experience.

This is a permanent hire position with standard working hours of 8:30–17:30 and comes with a full benefits package. Strong English communication skills are an advantage.

 

What you’ll do

  • Answer calls, emails, and chats about warranty coverage, claim notifications, and general enquiries
  • Open and manage claim cases in the system for the Used Car/Auto Warranty segment; return missed calls and follow up to create new cases as needed
  • Verify customer, vehicle, and document details; ensure complete, accurate submissions and records
  • Coordinate appointments with service centers; liaise on payment details (including non‑network) and schedule updates
  • Keep customers informed on claim status; handle escalations, complaints, or discrepancies and coordinate solutions with internal/external teams
  • Maintain clear case documentation and activity logs; prepare basic reports per guidelines
  • Offer relevant services or warranty extensions to support retention and customer value
  • Meet service KPIs for responsiveness, quality, and claim resolution

 

Working conditions

  • Hours: 08:30-17:30 (40 hours/week)
  • Days: Regular 5‑day workweek (Mon-Fri); Plus about one Saturday per month with a weekday off in the same week.
  • Location: Soi Petchburi 35, Makkasan, Ratchatewi (100% onsite)

 

Key Qualifications

  • Education: High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (high school graduates with strong experience are welcome to apply)
  • Experience: 1+ year in customer service/contact center
  • Experience in automotive service center (customer relations), or insurance/warranty support is an advantage
  • Skills: Strong communication and customer service mindset; problem‑solving, multitasking, and attention to detail; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Technical: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Teams; familiar with CRM/claims platforms
  • Attributes: Proactive, reliable, punctual; able to work independently while maintaining service quality
  • Language: Thai fluency required; Good English proficiency is an advantage
