About the Role:

Join Allianz Partners’ Global Operations (COO) Performance & Productivity team and turn data into decisions at scale. As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you’ll design insightful Power BI dashboards, automate complex reporting (Excel/VBA/Power Query/SSIS), and build KPI scorecards that drive planning, capacity, and performance. This role works across five main Lines of Business, partnering with stakeholders to interrogate operational and financial data, present clear recommendations, and standardize MIS processes—working with AI/ML, analytics, and cloud tools under strong data governance. What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards
  • Automate reporting/data workflows (Excel/VBA, Power Query, SSIS)
  • Analyze operational metrics (volume, efficiency, cycle time, quality, service)
  • Produce and distribute accurate, timely management reports
  • Document MIS processes; improve data quality and controls
  • Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Utilize generative AI to enhance analysis, reporting automation, and insight summaries
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management

 

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering/MIS or related
  • 3+ years in data analysis/science/engineering in performance‑driven environments
  • Strong SQL; advanced Excel; experience with Power BI and VBA
  • Excellent communication; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent in English and Thai (written and verbal)
  • Experience utilizing generative AI in analytics/reporting workflows

 

Nice to have (not required)

  • ETL experience (Pentaho preferred); SSIS
  • Python for data wrangling/automation
  • Automated reporting (scheduled refreshes, subscriptions, SSRS/Power Automate)
  • Experience with SAP or similar financial systems; large matrix orgs (insurance/assistance)
  • Familiarity with data governance; WFM/CRM/telephony systems
