Key Account Manager - Partnerships
Ratchathewi, Bangkok, TH, 10400
We are looking for a customer‑focused, commercially minded Key Account Manager to own and grow relationships with existing partners. You will be the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned accounts, overseeing monthly reporting, program implementation, troubleshooting, technical coordination, and day‑to‑day client communications. You will champion partner needs internally, coordinate renewals and upsell opportunities, and drive initiatives that improve revenue, processes, and customer experience.
What you will do
- Own partner relationships end to end — act as the main contact, advocate for partner needs, and maintain a deep understanding of each partner’s business and priorities
- Run the operating rhythm — monthly and quarterly reporting and reviews, roadmap discussions, meeting preparation, and follow‑through on agreed actions
- Coordinate program launches and enhancements, deliver onsite or virtual training, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate technical troubleshooting that impacts customer experience while communicating updates on products, services, and revenue optimization
- Identify opportunities for renewal, expansion, and cross‑sell or upsell, coordinate sales processes and proposals with the Sales team, and support profitability targets
- Manage invoicing and reporting, ensure contractual obligations are met, monitor SLAs and service delivery for assigned partners, and maintain renewal schedules
- Analyze partner data and trends, translate insights into actions, and share feedback with product and service teams to shape enhancements
- Proactively address risks, conflicts, and escalations, drive timely resolutions, and capture learnings for continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Support to deliver a unified partner experience
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of account management experience with partner or channel portfolios or B2B clients
- Strong track record driving satisfaction, retention, and growth through timely support, clear communication, value‑added solutions, and proactive identification of cross‑sell or upsell opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage stakeholders at all levels
- Confident working with CRM systems to track interactions, pipeline, renewals, and reporting, and comfortable using data to guide decisions
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues, coordinate resolution, and implement improvements
- Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment
- Solid understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive context with the ability to translate capabilities into partner value
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret account performance metrics and develop data‑backed recommendations
- Collaborative approach with cross‑functional teams to deliver consistent outcomes
- Experience in automotive, motor insurance, auto finance, mobility, or roadside assistance is an advantage
