Motorcycle Mechanic

Job Summary 

• Responsible for ERS (Emergency Roadside Service) cases: provide roadside vehicle service, maintain service tools/vehicles, and prepare service and expense reports as assigned by the Mechanic Consultant and Service Supervisor.
• มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบงานซ่อมบำรุง/บริการฉุกเฉิน (ERS) ดูแลรถบริการให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน จัดทำรายงานการให้บริการและรายงานค่าใช้จ่าย ตามที่ที่ปรึกษาช่างและหัวหน้างานมอบหมาย

Essential Job Functions / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• Work at the Service Station and provide roadside service to customers. ปฏิบัติงานประจำสถานีบริการเพื่อออกบริการซ่อมรถยนต์ลูกค้านอกสถานที่
• Maintain service equipment and towing truck to ensure effective service. บำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และรถยก เพื่อการให้บริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
• Prepare daily service reports. จัดทำรายงานการให้บริการประจำวัน
• Prepare daily expense reports (e.g., fuel and related costs). จัดทำรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายประจำวัน (เช่น ค่าน้ำมัน และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
• Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by the supervisor. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ และงานพิเศษตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย

Key Working Relationships / ความสัมพันธ์ในการทำงาน

• Communicate with external customers; act professionally and effectively with all AA clients. ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าภายนอก และปฏิบัติงานอย่างมืออาชีพและมีประสิทธิภาพต่อกลุ่มลูกค้าของบริษัท

Work Conditions / เงื่อนไขการทำงาน

• Working hours: 8 hours per shift ชั่วโมงทำงาน: 8 ชั่วโมงต่อกะ
• Working days: 5 days per week วันทำงาน: สัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน
• Location: Service Stations and off‑site (roadside) สถานที่ทำงาน: สถานีบริการและปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ 

• Vocational certificate or higher in Automotive Technology or related field วุฒิ ปวช. หรือสูงกว่า สาขายานยนต์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• At least 1 year of experience in automotive service/technician or related field มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในงานบริการ/ช่างเทคนิคยานยนต์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• Valid driving licence (car; truck/tow licence is an advantage) มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ (หากมีใบขับขี่รถบรรทุก/รถยก จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) 
• Good interpersonal skills and service mindset มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และมีใจรักงานบริการ 6) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills (on‑site situations) มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี 
• Knowledge of Bangkok and surrounding routes is an advantage รู้จักเส้นทางในกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
