What you’ll do

  • Build/maintain project artifacts: project plan, RAID log, status reports, Go‑Live checklist
  • Coordinate UAT, SOPs, SLAs, knowledge transfer, and readiness reviews
  • Facilitate cross‑functional sessions; document outcomes; drive action closure
  • Identify dependencies/risks early and escalate promptly
  • Ensure operational and regulatory requirements are met
  • Lead post‑go‑live stabilization and transition to BAU

B) Operational Governance (30%) — Driver/coordinator, Thailand Incident Monitoring (Governance & Facilitation)

  • Secure timely updates/actions from responsible teams
  • Drive comms across IT, Operations, and stakeholders
  • Track progress; escalate delays; summarize impact insights

Compliance & Audit Readiness (Coordination & Accountability)

  • Coordinate audit preparation and evidence collection
  • Track remediation through to closure; maintain governance trackers/calendars
  • Promote documentation discipline and audit‑ready records

AI READINESS

  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

  • Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement, with a governance/compliance mindset; sharp analytical and problem‑solving ability
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal); comfortable coordinating across teams and countries
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project tools (e.g., Excel/PowerPoint; Smartsheet/Jira/Confluence or equivalent)
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive; able to manage multiple workstreams; leadership without formal authority; adaptable with a continuous‑improvement mindset
