Project Delivery Manager

As Delivery Manager/Scrum Master you will lead the delivery of partner-related launch activities in an expanding and fast-paced environment.  Coordinate project execution across teams, while serving as primary contact for our business partners throughout our implementation projects and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects and tasks. Interface with clients and internal stakeholders. Serve as Scrum Master responsible for driving and delivering on the company’s adopted Agile methodology

This position offers a Hybrid schedule with two in-office days at our office in Richmond, Virginia

We are not considering candidates on a contract or corp.-to-corp. basis.

What you will do

• Manage the implementation of partners from beginning phases through final launch
• Review client needs and develop project plans to ensure implementations are completed on time and meet client expectations, utilizing data-driven insights leveraging AI tools to optimize outcomes.
• Serve as communications coordinator for all parties involved and liaise with affected teams and clients to ensure project remains on target and parties are aware of changes
• Coordinate and support global implementation activities often participating in meetings across a variety of time zones
• Facilitate and lead project meetings incorporating business intelligence tools to present data-driven insights and project progress to stakeholders.
• Help identify resources needed to ensure project delivery
• Review project methodology and enforce project standards
• Minimize project risk and manage resolution of project impediments
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
• Create, maintain and update project templates and standards for documentation
• Serve as Scrum Master for the business team by leading the team to adopt agile values, processes and practices
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily scrum, sprint planning and retrospective meetings
• Work with the Business Team Lead to develop and maintain product backlog and manage the use of JIRA within business team
• Coordinate across other business and functional teams to prioritize work and remove impediments

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or combination of relevant education and work experience.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience managing projects across multiple lines of business or clients, preferably in an Agile environment 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban
• Understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and how they work and ability to troubleshoot
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority to drive alignment, accountability, and project success
• Demonstrated ability to mangae and maintain effective communications with internal and external business partners.
• Ability to speak to technical aspects of a project
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Analytical skills to leverage data analytics and AI insights to inform project decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Some domestic and international travel may be required
