As the Regional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Lead, AMERICAS/APAC you will play a key role in driving digital transformation across the region. As the RPA Lead, you’ll guide strategic implementation, manage the automation solution pipeline, and ensure alignment with global standards to enhance engagement, boost efficiency, and drive growth.
You’ll sit within the Global Operations Digital Transformation team and report to the Head of Robotics. The team integrates automation and cloud solutions and ensures operational readiness across global Business Units. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new global system and drive innovation beyond RPA through creativity, trend awareness, and regional leadership.
Way of Working: This role is remote within select U.S. states where we are authorized to hire. Candidates must reside in an eligible state and be able to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
What you will do
- Oversee and coordinate regional RPA resources for projects, operations, and testing.
- Monitor and report on utilization, performance, pipeline opportunities, and risks.
- Maintain RPA solution requirements and manage stakeholder approvals.
- Align with end-2-end process improvement teams and lead approvals before Go-Live.
- Manage RPA rollouts, including timelines, data collection, testing, and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks to ensure successful implementation.
- Support incident and bug management in collaboration with RPA Service & Demand teams.
What you will bring
- Bachelors in business, technology, or related field; Master’s preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of RPA project or demand management experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on RPA development using UiPath.
- Strong understanding of general AI applications and automation lifecycle management.
- Proven leadership of small, international teams (2–3 members).
- Expertise in automation delivery, operations, and platform management.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture, particularly related to RPA development environment setup, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills; knowledge of ITIL processes and testing tools.
- Familiarity with coding basics (e.g., Java, SQL, Python).
- Excellent execution, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset, cultural awareness, and strong presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, multitask, and prioritize with precision.
What we offer
Annualized base pay range is $98,900 - $145,000
Actual base pay may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. Employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses, merit increases, and other incentives based on individual and company performance. The availability and amount of these additional compensation elements are determined by company policy and may vary.
