Join us now as Sales Manager in Hong Kong within the Distribution AP team.

 

 

What you will do 

 

Business Development Support

  • Support the AP institutional sales team in Hong Kong to identify new business opportunities in Korea by, for example,  networking with industry peers, conduct market/industry research, and follow up on business contacts.

Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Provide high-quality client service by addressing inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as a trusted point of liaison for institutional clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.

Strategic Business Initiatives

  • Plan and implement business strategies to secure and expand institutional market share.
  • Maintain competitive advantages and build strategic partnerships with major market players.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with regional functions including product, legal, compliance, operations, and investments.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and compliance requirements.

 

 

What you bring  

 

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or above), preferably in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in institutional sales or relationship management
  • Experience in private markets required
  • CFA or CAIA designation preferred
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining institutional client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business sense and market awareness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment products
  • Native Korean speaker with fluency in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions
  • High level of integrity and understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • AI skills: CoPilot
