Job Purpose/Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Global Investment Platform as an Associate Portfolio Manager Private Markets, supporting our growing team located in Luxembourg. In this role you will take an active part in the whole life cycle of illiquid alternative investment funds and segregated accounts with various internal and external interfaces. The conclusion of this employment contract is for a limited period of 2 years. This is justified by the existence of a time‑bound project aimed at supporting the digitalization of the investment process for indirect investment strategies in private markets. This includes the initial design and implementation of automation, robotics, and AI‑driven solutions for relevant operational and analytical tasks

What you do:

• Conduct a comprehensive review of the Investment Process and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for digitalization, with a particular focus on the potential integration of robotics, automation, and AI technologies.
• Enhance the quality, governance, and documentation of investment decision-making.
• Design and implement robotics, automation, and AI solutions where they create measurable value within the investment workflow.
• Perform portfolio analysis and optimization in line with tax and regulatory requirements, in close collaboration with team members and other relevant stakeholders. This shall lead to the implementation of a portfolio model and a treasury management tool.
• Provide support for BAU activities, insofar as they are directly connected to the above project requirements. Support decision-making through financial and liquidity modelling, stress testing, analysis of the investment memoranda and scenario analysis
• Support maintenance and further development of systems / databases and processes in place

What you bring:

• University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Finance, Business, IT or related
• First experiences in Portfolio Management Private Markets
• Experienced in the Luxembourg market
• Very strong financial modeling skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel), knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, generic AI, agent-based AI, and related databases and programming languages
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages would be an asset
