Fund Operations Specialist (f/m/d) - Limited to 24 months

Join us now as Fund Operations Specialist in Europe within the Fund Admin Support team.

In this role, you are responsible for assisting the team overseeing fund account and custody operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong governance. Key tasks include executing oversight activities, managing escalations and remediation, maintaining SLAs and KPIs, organizing review boards with providers and internal teams, and negotiating service agreements as needed. The team also supports due diligence and audits by supplying reconciled data and documentation and handles project initiatives and ad hoc tasks.

What you will do 

• Support the team in improving and reviewing existing Fund Accounting and Custody related processes
• Support adaptation and implementation of new or project related processes

What you bring  

• Strong expertise in the asset management value chain.
• In-depth understanding of back-office operations, with a focus on fund accounting and custody processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the EU retail fund business.
• Proven experience in provider oversight and governance.
• Skilled in organizing and moderating review boards with providers and internal teams, as well as negotiating service agreements.
• Ability to manage timelines, milestones, and reporting effectively.
• Strong capability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at various senior levels.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• High intercultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Exceptional attention to detail and integrity.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and committed working style.
