Job Purpose
Support the CEO Office and Strategy team with data analysis and driving insights from data across multiple functions such as distribution, customer and The role will support SD/PD data preparation,dashboarding, and ad‑hoc analyses to support decision-making, performance dialogues, and strategic initiatives across the region.
What you do
- Support the team on Business Analytics (e.g. Health, Customer, Agency)
Supporting multiple areas such as Health, Customer, and Distribution, the role turns data into executive-ready insights—surfacing patterns in connecting health, customer and agency data together provide insights into our segments and behaviours and identify action plans to drive business growth
- Dashboarding & Reporting Automation
Support monthly dashboard reporting (e.g. PowerBI)
- Strategic Projects & Ad‑hoc Analysis
Support CEO/Strategy on market scans, opportunity sizing and any request needed
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–6 years in analytics, strategy, FP&A, pricing/actuarial support, or business intelligence; insurance/healthcare exposure strongly preferred.
- Understanding of core insurance KPIs (e.g., loss ratio, persistency, ANP/PVNBP/NBV, medical cost per life, active agents, claim frequency/severity).
- Experience building C‑suite dashboards and presenting to senior stakeholders.
