Your Role in Our Team

Join us as an intern at Allianz SE Reinsurance Branch Asia Pacific, where you will step into the world of Reinsurance Accounting with us. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates who are eager to explore and gain invaluable insights into Reinsurance Accounting. You will be reporting to the Manager (Reinsurance Accounting) and working alongside experienced professionals who are ready to support your journey.

How You Will Contribute

•    You will collaborate with the team in conducting checks on premium and claims bordereau from clients.
•    You will support the team in enhancing quality assurance checks, to uphold precision and reliability.
•    You will contribute meaningfully to organising and planning Corporate Responsibility events for the company.
•    You will develop new skills and gain practical experience by supporting various ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager or team members.

What You Bring to the Table

•    You are able to commit for at least 6 months (January–June 2027), with a minimum of 3 full days per week. Priority will be given to candidates who can commit full-time.
•    You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
•    Prior insurance or reinsurance experience is advantageous but not required
•    You are fluent in English. Fluency in other Asian languages is an advantage.
•    You have a strong desire to learn the ropes and prepare for a career in the reinsurance industry.
•    You are a team player with a service-oriented mindset, and you are adaptable, analytical, meticulous, proactive, and self-motivated.
•    You are comfortable in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
