Description:
We are seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team on a 6-month maternity cover basis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the contact center team by managing reporting processes, maintaining sales data, and providing operational support to ensure smooth workflow. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Record, produce and prepare statistics and information required by the management in relation to the preparation and production of the reports as well as produce simple performance-based reports.
- Update and manage customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- File preparation for agents and for BAU leads allocation.
- Daily Sales and Monthly Commission Report.
- Coordinate and track the progress of sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Serve as a point of contact for the contact center team to address operational queries and escalate issues when needed.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by Contact Center Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales support, reporting, or any related role.
- Experience with Excel (advanced proficiency required, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas).
- Familiarity with reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to grasp quickly and deliver quality and accurate work
- AI-Skills e.g. ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot an advantage.
