Job Purpose
The Senior Analyst, Brand and Sponsorship, will support the development and execution of brand strategies and sponsorship initiatives to enhance Allianz's presence and reputation across Asia. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand values.
Key focus areas include:
1. Create strong awareness of company’s brand, increase the penetration focusing on leveraging digital marketing tools, and attract a bigger market share
2. Channel development: work closely with regional marketing and distribution teams to grow and scale business across the region
What you do
Brand Strategy Development:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of brand strategies that align with Allianz's vision and goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities.
Sponsorship Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential sponsorship opportunities that align with Allianz's brand values and business objectives.
- Manage relationships with sponsorship partners and ensure successful execution of sponsorship agreements.
Campaign Execution:
- Coordinate and execute brand campaigns and sponsorship activities, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies across the region.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and sponsorship activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, and across the region i.e.distribution, partnership, communications, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Liaise with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality brand and sponsorship initiatives.
Budget Management:
- Assist in managing budgets related to brand and sponsorship activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze and report on brand and sponsorship performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
What you bring
• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or sponsorship roles.
• Experience across the different parts of the insurance value chain in a Life setting would be an advantage.
• Good track record in developing and executing successful brand and sponsorship strategies.
• Budget, resource, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platform
• AI-skills like ChatGPT and Copilot an advantage
