Job Purpose/ Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will collaborate with the Global SimpliFi Project team to oversee the planning and execution of End-to-End (E2E) integration, Functional Integration Testing (FIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as well as performance and regression testing for local implementation. This role ensures that local requirements (including tax, regulatory and statutory reporting) are integrated into the group transformation program shaping the future of finance. This will be a 1 year contract position.
Key Responsibilities
• Support in the global implementation of S/4Hana and ensuring seamless integration and robust performance across the system.
• Provide expertise in FI and CO modules, understanding local functional requirements to create concepts and customization solutions, develop reports using Power BI.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating project progress, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating issues as needed.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the small project team, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensuring the project delivers high-quality results that meet the defined requirements and standards for both group and local reporting.
• Managing the change aspects of the implementation and work on data migration concepts, including communication, training, and user adoption.
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support, analyzing SAP incidents raised by users and delivering solutions.
Experience & Key Skills
• University degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of SAP experience in SAP FI, with SAP CO experience and SAP S/4HANA knowledge preferred.
• Ability to translate abstract enhancement specifications into concrete realization approaches and communicate effectively in English.
• Capable of working independently and proactively in a global team, with excellent knowledge of Finance/Controlling processes, especially in the reinsurance industry.
• Strong analytical, creative thinking, problem-solving, and consulting skills, along with excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and customer relation management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels, with SAP S4 Certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
