Join us now as Sales Manager in Taiwan within the Distribution, Retail Business team. In this role, you are responsible for driving business growth across retail distribution channels by developing strong partnerships and executing effective sales strategies. The role focuses on promoting investment solutions, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets through close collaboration with retail partners.

 

This position works closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and investment to ensure strong product positioning and client engagement. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and passionate about building long-term success in the retail market.

 

 

What you do

 

  • Plays a key role in expanding the firm’s retail distribution footprint and driving sustainable asset growth. Through close collaboration with retail partners and internal stakeholders, the role directly contributes to revenue generation, market positioning, and long-term business development across multiple retail channels.
  • Drives sales growth across retail distribution channels, including banks, securities firms, and life insurance partners, in line with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Regularly engage with retail distribution partners to provide updates on product positioning, investment themes, and market developments, ensuring high-quality coverage and ongoing engagement.
  • Act as a key point of contact for retail partners by responding to inquiries, understanding business needs, and initiating activities that strengthen collaboration and drive business results.
  • Manage the full sales value chain, including opportunity identification, business and product pitching, sales material coordination, seminar or event planning, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to support product launches, sales campaigns, and channel initiatives, translating internal resources into effective market execution.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • At least five years of working experience in asset management or financial industry as a sales or product manager
  • SITE & SICE qualification is a must
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and investment concepts.
  • Effective presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid channel management experience across retail distribution partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) and open to learning new AI tools and embracing innovation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • AI skills: ChatGPT, CoPilot
