Business Analyst (Project FAST) - 5 months contract

Join us now as Business Analyst (Project FAST) in Taipei within the Investment & Operations Business Solutions team.
What you do
1. Business Analysis & Solution Delivery
- Lead business requirement gathering and process analysis for Project FAST, focusing on PAM platform modernization and Fund Accounting process enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and vendors to design scalable and efficient system solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and testing documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support functional testing, UAT execution, defect management, and successful production deployment.
2. User Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between Fund Accounting users, Operations teams, Technology teams, and external vendors throughout Project FAST.
- Facilitate requirement discussions, project updates, and issue resolution to ensure stakeholder alignment and effective decision-making.
- Manage user expectations and drive timely communication of project progress, risks, issues, and key milestones.
- Conduct user training and support change adoption during system implementation and post-production stabilization.
3. Vendor Management & Production Support
- Coordinate closely with PAM vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality solution delivery, issue resolution, and compliance with project timelines.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, development progress, system quality, and production support performance.
- Support day-to-day PAM application operations, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
- Ensure system documentation, operational procedures, knowledge transfer materials, and support artifacts remain up to date.
4. Project Management & Change Implementation
- Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities across requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource utilization to ensure successful delivery of Project FAST objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage change requests, release planning, and production implementation activities.
- Contribute to the long-term modernization roadmap of the PAM platform and Fund Accounting operating model.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of Fund Accounting, portfolio accounting, and asset management operations.
- Proven Business Analyst experience in system implementation, platform migration, or transformation projects.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, testing, release management, and project delivery.
- Experience working with business users, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Experience in data migration, data reconciliation, and production support is preferred.
- Proficient in SQL and database querying.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- AI skills: Microsoft CoPilot
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Team player with strong ownership and accountability
