Client Reporting Analyst - Limited to 24-months

Join us now as Client Reporting Analyst in Taiwan within the Client Reporting team. In this role, you will be responsible for the report production across various client channels for Taiwan (primarily Government & Insurance ILP mandates), ensuring timely and accurate reports whilst working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service. In addition to BAU tasks, the jobholder will participate in Regional and Global Projects
What you do
- Responsible for producing and reviewing of scheduled and ad-hoc client reports in a timely and accurate manner (institutional client reports, client presentations, bespoke and standard reports).
- Compile report from investment data on TW Equities, Onshore/Offshore Funds & ETFs (incl. performance, attribution, key figures, sector allocations). Using tools such as Excel VBA macros, local FA system, and external data sources (eg. CMoney, BBG)
- Onboarding of reporting requirements for existing clients from the front office, new clients and responding to ad hoc requests and queries on an accurate and timely basis.
- Co-ordinate the information requests for clients. Work with investment, distribution, operations, legal, compliance and risk on execution of client activity, communicating with clients, client account managers and vendors as appropriate.
- Active participation in various global projects for the region. Undertake basic project management responsibilities (i.e., specifications, timelines and structure) where required
- Assess and develop existing processes ensuring scale and efficiency
- Write and maintain process and procedure documentation on services provided.
- Manage change requests and escalations ensuring the on-going quality and accuracy of reporting.
What you bring
- University degree in Business, Finance, or related field focused on investments
- 3–5 years’ experience, ideally in asset management or financial services
- Regulatory qualification required: Senior Securities Specialist & Financial Markets and Ethics or Trust Operations Personnel & Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Regulations & Financial Markets and Ethics
- Strong communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-specialists
- Excellent interpersonal skills and consultative problem-solving approach
- Analytical mindset with solid data analysis and solution-driven skills
- Thorough knowledge of Asset Management operations
- Familiarity with portfolio analysis, performance calculations (GIPS), risk analytics, and attribution preferred
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint)
