Client Reporting Analyst - Limited to 24-months

Join us now as Analyst in Taiwan within the Client Reporting team. In this role, you will be responsible for the report production across various client channels for Taiwan (primarily Government & Insurance ILP mandates), ensuring timely and accurate reports whilst working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service.  In addition to BAU tasks, the jobholder will participate in Regional and Global Projects.

What you do

• Produce and review scheduled and ad-hoc client reports accurately and on time, including institutional reports, presentations, and bespoke or standard reports.
• Compile reports using investment data on TW Equities, onshore/offshore funds and ETFs, leveraging Excel VBA, local FA systems, and external sources such as CMoney and BBG.
• Onboard reporting requirements for existing and new clients, and respond to ad hoc requests accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate client information requests, working with investment, distribution, operations, legal, compliance, risk, clients, account managers, and vendors as needed.
• Participate in regional and global projects, supporting basic project management such as specifications, timelines, and structure where required.
• Improve existing processes for scale and efficiency.
• Maintain process and procedure documentation for services provided.
• Manage change requests and escalations to maintain reporting quality and accuracy.

What you bring

• University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with a focus on investments.
• The position must meet at least one of the following regulatory qualification requirements:
  • Senior Securities Specialist & Financial Markets and Ethics
  • Trust Operations Personnel & Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Regulations & Financial Markets and Ethics

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in asset management or financial services.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical analysis to non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative problem-solving approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex data and reach sound solutions.
• Good front-to-back knowledge of the asset management business.
• Portfolio analysis knowledge, including performance calculation, risk analytics, and attribution, is an advantage.
• High accuracy and attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
• Team player.
• Fund accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, VBA, Word, and PowerPoint.
• AI skills: SQL, data visualization, RPA, data reporting, and generative AI.
