Join us now as Client Service Officer in Taiwan within the Client Account Managment team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with key clients across institutional business. Reporting directly to Head of Client Engagement Taiwan, the Client Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and delivering exceptional service. The role will have a "Farmer" focus, emphasizing the management of existing client relationships and creating cross-selling opportunities.
What you do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a key touchpoint for clients to ensure contract obligations and client requests are addressed.
- Identify and own cross-selling opportunities, working with clients to expand service offerings and support cross-selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client issues promptly.
- Participate in client meetings and provide translation support when necessary.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Client Engagement leadership team on account status and performance.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of market and industry trends to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
What you bring
- 3+ years in client advisory services within a financial institution or investment fund company, with a focus on institutional sectors.
- Strong knowledge of institutional client servicing within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability in client relationship development and retention strategies.
- Great attitude to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Good understanding of markets trends, investments and alternative investment products.
- Awareness of capital markets and their implications for client services and engagement.
- Relevant professional qualifications (such as CFA, CIIA, CEFA, DVFA Investment Analyst, CAIA, or CFP) are desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills, service orientation, and a customer-focused approach to enhance client relationships.
- Commitment to teamwork, a solution-oriented mindset, and creative implementation skills to drive client engagement initiatives.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with additional language skills being a plus for effective communication with diverse client bases.
