E-Commerce Officer

Join us now as E-commerce Officer in Taiwan within the Distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for the company’s e-commerce platform, serving a mass-market customer base. It develops and executes strategies for customer acquisition, product promotion, and sales growth, designs membership programs and digital marketing initiatives, and supports third-party distributor accounts along with client relationship management and sales promotion activities.
What you do
- Lead growth and optimization of self-owned e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze performance data to improve marketing and sales outcomes.
- Design and execute membership programs and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage client relationship initiatives and sales promotion campaigns.
- Drives customer acquisition, retention, and engagement on self-owned platforms, while also impacting sales performance through third-party distributors. It contributes directly to business growth and strengthens the company’s digital presence.
What you bring
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms, website operations, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and membership program strategies.
- Experience supporting third-party digital distributors and online sales channels.
- Proficiency in client data analysis, including data mining, to drive marketing and sales decisions.
- Strong CRM, sales promotion, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
