Marketing Manager

Join us now as Marketing Manager in Taiwan within the Product Solutions & Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently developing and executing both internal and external communication strategies for Active ETF products and other initiatives.

This role requires strong communication capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset to support broader team priorities and contribute to the achievement of the company’s business objectives. 

What you do

• Internal Communication Strategy & Execution: Lead and drive internal communication strategy to ensure consistent and effective messaging across regions and channels
• Corporate Content & Translation: Oversee content localization, translation, internal platforms, and editorial planning
• Sustainability Communications: Support ESG reporting and content integration to strengthen sustainability narratives
• PR & External Communication: Support media relations, press materials, and event execution to ensure aligned external messaging
• Communication Operations & Coordination: Coordinate senior-level engagements, communication assets, and agency execution

What you bring

• ETF PR experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related disciplines (Master’s degree a plus)
• SITE / SICE qualification is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• At least 5 years of experience in communications / PR / corporate communications
• Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proven experience in content development, translation, and editorial management
• Hands-on experience in PR activities (e.g. press release drafting, media coordination, media events); asset management industry is preferred
• Experience in sustainability / ESG communications or report production is a plus
• Curious, open-minded, and creative mindset
• Team player with proactive attitude, critical thinking, and solution-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and effectively under ambiguity
• Perform other duties as assigned, e.g., media monitoring.
