Specialist - Unit Trust Admin TW

Join us now as UTA Specialist in Taiwan within the Fund Operation/ UTA team.

In this role, you will be responsible client account opening, transaction processing, reconciliation, dividend distribution, fee/refund handling, and regulatory reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant fund operations.

The position also collaborates closely with custodial banks, external vendors, and internal departments to support operational efficiency, and system enhancement.

What you will do 

• Execute ETF fund operations, including: Transaction processing/Dividend distribution and regulatory reporting
• Process ETF-related items, including fund fee refunds and report preparation, while assists on managing external vendors (SSB) to ensure service quality, timely delivery, and compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
• Handle client-related fund servicing matters and coordinate with custodial banks
• Assist supervisors with administrative tasks as needed
• Participate in system enhancement initiatives, including project execution, requirement planning, and UAT testing.

What you bring  

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in finance, mutual funds, banking, or securities.
• Familiarity with ETF fund operations.
• Possession of a valid SITE/SICE professional license.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and adept at numerical analysis with strong stress management skills.
• AI skills: Unit Testing/ Data Collection/ ChatGPT/ Data Analytics/ Data Reporting
