Client Service Manager

Join us now as Client Service Manager in Japan within the Client Account Management team.
What you will do
- Create regular reports for existing clients, and potentially participate in face-to-face regular meetings with existing clients
- Ensure efficient and accurate services/results are delivered to various stakeholders
- Develop, review and improve various procedures in relation to Client Relationship
- Handle difficult/complaint cases from clients being escalated by Sales
- To work closely with team members on projects/tasks related to client services provision and upgrading, e.g. RFI, RFP, KYC letters, regulatory changes, new product launch, outstanding agreement monitoring, etc.
- Participate in sales support such as agreement sign-off, new account opening, incentive programs and new product launch
- Refresh marketing tool. Strategy material update, strategy performance check, quarterly reporting material creation (covered by both client service, sales and product specialist)
- Foster a collaborative partnership with portfolio managers and structuring group
- Support marketing activities as product specialist or intellectual leader in the marketing team
What you bring
- University Graduates/Master, preferably from a discipline of Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Quantitative Analysis
- Proven knowledge over fixed income and equity and modern portfolio theory, global financial markets
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in asset management or related fields. (experience of institutional client service or client management related role are preferable)
- Strong attitude for pursuing efficiency
- CFA, CMA, MBA or equivalent knowledge and skill
- TOEIC 860+ is preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese
- Independent correspondence & able to work under minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, efficient and self-motivated
- Solid quantitiative background and computer skill required
- Teamwork player with good interpersonal communication skills
- Corporate analyst experience will be appreciated
- Sales experience in the asset management company or the other financial institution will be appreciated
