Intern, Compliance

Join us now as an Intern in Tokyo, Japan within our Compliance team. In this role, you are expected to work 2-3 days/week starting from early Aug 2026.  

What you do

• Assist in reviewing contracts

• Translate internal rules and other documents

• Filing of contracts and document storage

• Assist with company secretarial tasks

• Conduct compliance testing under minimal supervision

• Support other office administration works including filing, organizing meetings and training sessions

• Other duties as assigned by team members

What you bring

• Students from Law faculty, Political Science & Economics, Management related discipline

• Excellent English and Japanese reading and writing proficiency

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Attention to detail with good organization skills

• Excellent communication skills & strong motivation
