Manager - AAGI A&H Sales & Marketing - North

Responsible in expanding new customers including perform marketing activities based on defined plan across assigned areas
1. Drive new business growth and renewal retention through Direct, Agent, and Broker channels.
2. Recruit, develop, coach, and support agents, and brokers to achieve business targets and deliver customer-focused solutions.
3. Monitor sales activities, performance, profitability, productivity, and active sales plans to ensure achievement of assigned areas and company objectives.
4. Collaborate closely with Underwriting and Support teams to identify opportunities, implement underwriting strategies, and maintain a profitable portfolio.
5. Support the sales process, customer retention initiatives, and service requirements, including claims inquiries, policy servicing, and premium collection.
6. Promote products, sales tools, technology adoption, and training programs to enhance sales effectiveness and business development.
7. Develop and execute business strategies to expand market presence, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve growth and profitability targets.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• Direct Experience of sales and marketing in financial institutions insurance or insurance Industry, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in Health insurance.
• Experience with Direct Sales, Agent, or Broker channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Results-driven with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
