Manage and perform duties effectively with transparency, focusing on service excellence, transparency, and reducing claims expenses and other related costs. Adhere to principles of accuracy, promptness, and fairness in work performance.

1. Evaluate and control repair approval prices for insured vehicles, third-party vehicles, and motorcycles within authorization limits.

2. Verify repair cost estimates for labor and parts (if garage-sourced), and damage photos for both insured and third-party vehicles.

3. If claim verification reveals suspicions of fraud (Fraud Claim), report to direct supervisor.

4. Conduct on-site inspections for vehicles with all-around damage claims and where damage photos are unclear.

5. Approve damage costs for insured and third-party vehicles within authorization limits and approve property repair costs within authorization limits.

6. Submit price approval items within responsibility limit to Central Core Head for payment approval of all items.

7. Issue salvage return certificates to salvage buyers.

8. Evaluate and control property damage costs within authorization limits and approve prices for submission to authorized persons.

9. Negotiate loss of use compensation within authorization limits, and consult with authorized persons for cases exceeding authorization limits.

10. For loss of use compensation exceeding authority limits, negotiate and present to OD Complex for approval in all cases.

11. Provide explanations to OIC and manage time appropriately for the area.

12. Negotiate BI claims under supervision, control, and monetary approval from central office.

13. Submit recovery claims to the recovery department when the insured vehicle is not at fault.

14. Work to prevent complaints from both outside and inside the company through all channels, and address problems immediately when complaints arise or when situations might lead to complaints.

15. Develop measures to reduce claim expenses and other related costs without affecting customers and work your source documents. Maintain a service-minded approach to satisfy all parties in strict accordance with company policies.

17. Follow up on cases, conduct negotiations at police stations, with prosecutors, and in court.

18. Investigate and gather evidence for suspicious claims that may involve fraud; forward cases to the inspection team for vehicles with high damage or when photos submitted by garages to the EMCS system are unclear.

19. Assist with NON-MT-CLAIM work.

20. Provide bail for drivers in emergency cases or when directly responsible staff cannot proceed.

21. Manage operations to strictly comply with SLA for Routine & Core work and manage to reduce claim expenses and other related costs appropriately in line with company policy.

22. Examine and consider claims carefully and thoroughly to ensure accuracy, promptness, and fairness.

23. Understand business performance, goals, and regulations, and strictly comply with them to achieve maximum effectiveness for the company.

24. Prevent fraud both inside and outside the organization and develop approaches to prevent complaints from arising both internally and externally.

 

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Have at least 3 years of direct experience in claims processing, especially in negotiating with third parties in the insurance industry.

-Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
