Responsible for expanding the customer base and performing marketing activities in accordance with the defined plan
1. Recruit and select potential agents by identifying and approaching high-potential Broker/Agents, and conduct structured interviews.
2. Educate Broker/Agents to better understand customers’ needs and develop the appropriate attitude toward the insurance business.
3. Educate and promote the use of Underwriting Department resources, such as market analysis and underwriting support, to help Broker/Agents manage a profitable book of business.
4. Communicate with Broker/Agents regarding new products and support the use of appropriate sales tools and promotional materials.
5. Monitor Broker/Agents’ regular activities through activity management and assist them in developing activity strategies to meet customer service requirements, including claim inquiries and service requests.
6. Provide necessary support to Broker/Agents in generating new business opportunities.
7. Monitor the performance and financial status of Broker/Agents.
8. Work closely with the Underwriting Team and Sales Support Unit to enhance new business opportunities.
9. Develop business plans with the approval of the Branch Manager and BU Head, and meet or exceed business goals by implementing effective strategies.
10. Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• Knowledge of insurance and marketing principles.
