Working Student, Client Engagement

Join us as a Working Student in Tokyo, Japan within our Institutional Client Account Management team. In this role, you will work closely with the Institutional CAM team to support client account management activities, contribute to ongoing projects, and develop a deeper understanding of institutional client servicing and business operations. This position requires daily attendance in the office, with a minimum commitment of four hours per day. Full-day availability is highly preferred to maximize learning opportunities and collaboration with the team.
What you do
- Support the Institutional CAM team in delivering professional, timely, and accurate service to institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with day-to-day coordination of institutional client requests, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and internal communication.

Prepare, maintain, and analyze client data, reports, presentation materials, and tracking tools to support account management activities.

Contribute to institutional business initiatives, including client presentations, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), request-for-proposal (RFP) responses, and various ad hoc projects.
**You are expected to work at least 4 hours/day. Full-day availability is highly preferred.
What you bring

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program with relevant coursework or work experience preferred

Interest in financial markets, asset management, and institutional client servicing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
- AI skills: ChatGPT, Python
