Job Summary:
Provide advice and coaching to ensure the achievement of sales performance across all areas, supporting the region in meeting its targets. In addition, be primarily responsible for all activities that support the overall sales performance of the region.

1) Sales Force Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with GMs/ALs at the highest level.

  • Track and monitor agency services to ensure high-quality delivery and satisfaction.

  • Lead and manage heads of area field management to maintain the value proposition for the sales force, ensuring all ALs maintain a positive and healthy view of the company.

  • Provide advice, coaching, and support in managing conflicts among the sales force in the region and in each supervised area.

  • Ensure sales performance and productivity across the region and all supervised areas.

  • Manage key components of sales contests and other incentive programs to drive sales performance and productivity.

  • Provide input to the Regional Head on initiatives to drive sales performance and productivity.


2) On-field Management (including recruitment, training, communication, and other activities)

  • Manage and monitor the quality and timeliness of recruitment, training, communication, and other activities to support effective regional field management.

  • Lead and manage the regional team to ensure company messages are delivered clearly, aligned with company direction, and accurately cascaded to area agency management in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that recruitment, training, communication, and other activities across all areas align with regional direction.

  • Provide advice and coaching to area managers on on-field management.

  • Track and monitor on-field management performance, identify areas for improvement, and define required actions.

  • Participate in campaign execution to ensure the quality and timeliness of all campaigns rolled out across the region and supervised areas.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Agency Field Management, Agency Field Support, Relationship Management, or related fields in the insurance or banking industry.
  • Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
