Join us now as Sales Associate in Indonesia within the Distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for support sales in driving product strategy for Allianz-related investment solutions in Indonesia.

 

The position focuses on supporting both Allianz Agency and Bancassurance channels through the development and execution of sales initiatives, partner training, investment seminars, and the delivery of timely market insights. It plays a key role in equipping distribution partners with the tools, content, and knowledge needed to grow sales effectively.

 

In addition, the role works closely with internal teams across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth implementation.

 

This is a client-facing role suited for a sales and client services-oriented professional with strong market knowledge and a collaborative mindset

 

 

What you do

 

  • Support sales activities across both Allianz Agency and Bancassurance distribution channels, ensuring alignment with a focus on driving growth for Allianz-related businesses. 
  • Support sales in preparing fund presentation materials/fund and market commentary/peer comparison analysis/portfolio and performance data collection, etc.
  • Prepare and disseminate daily market updates and strategic insights to distribution partners.
  • Coordinate communications to the client in relation to corporate actions, legal and compliance matters, fund and market update, conference call, etc.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on agreement set-up and account opening, new fund set-up and launch, and service-related matters.
  • Handle regular requests and ad hoc enquiries.
  • Take part in inter-department projects/tasks related to client services, e.g. KYC/CDDR process, SOPs and agreements monitoring.
  • Support sales in structuring and delivering training programs, investment and product briefings, and market updates to distribution partners to ensure continuous sales capability development.
  • Support sales to coordinate investment seminars and client engagement events to support and drive distribution partner sales activities.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • University Degree preferably from a discipline of Business Administration, Finance or Marketing.
  • At least 3-5 years client services experience in financial industry, preferably in asset management.
  • Has knowledge/ability to explain financial products e.g. Mutual funds, Insurance unit-linked products.
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • (Preferred) Bloomberg (Data extraction).
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Able to work as a team under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical mind and logical sense
  • AI skills: ChatGPT, Large Language Models, MS CoPilot
