Intern, Marketing - Limited to 6 -12 months

Join us now as an Intern in Singapore within the Marketing team. In this role, you will help update info on digital platforms, product materials as well as provide support in marketing events. 

What you do:

• Update of info on digital platforms·

  • Assist colleagues overseeing the websites and/ or other platforms/ databases with updates/ uploading of information

  • Review the accuracy of uploads

  • Check/ ensure that the materials online are up-to-date

• Update of product materials

  • Support in updating monthly product materials – work with external vendors and checking that information has been correctly updated/ inserted.

• Events support

  • Support in preparation of events (proprietary as well as partners') – this may involve but is not limited to co-ordination of logistics, sourcing of venues as well as onsite support

• Others

  • Support in Singapore office events where applicable

What you bring:

• University student with some working experience, preferably gained from finance/ asset management industry, and/ or agencies (creative/ digital/ events management)

• Knowledge of, and experience using content management and digital platforms such as Sitecore, Seismic, Marketo etc is a plus point

• Can-do attitude, willing to collaborate across functions and locations

• Willing to work outside of standard hours if necessary (when there's an event for example). Note: time-off will be granted in lieu where applicable

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• AI skills: ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot 

*We will give priority to students who will be available to work full-time or at least 3 days/week from ~Jan to late July 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
